"This place is a Joke everytime I have been here I died 3 times in the past 2 years due to breathing issues. Went back yesterday "Doctor Susen A." I have Been on the same meds for a year not working apparently she Saya this is "medicine not magic" well I think within a year of ANYTHING if you make zero progress I think it's time to change something doing th same thing over and over expexting different results and not having that happen is the definition of insanity lol meanwhile calls me a liar pretty much. Somehow apparently no one takes correct notes doesn't even see I just got allergy shots when I was there 2 days prior and tell them. Most of the nurses and doctor are Fine , but idk think when you have 70 year old doctors that don't know how to speak respectful to "paitents" that are out of touch with society time to retire I had the hiccups for 72 hours threw up twice cause I'm on 8 pills has the nerve to call me a liar again saying, well you don't have them now, I said maybe I have anexity and scared to be here so they went away. Immediately go home and get them for another whole day. You would assume as a "doctor" your job is to care not be there for a check but it is what it is ls everyone I know pretty much says and feels the same way, people just go literally cause there is no where else within proximity. I would be upset if i was 70 thought I would be retired and still having to work lol"

"I've been utilizing Seneca Medical Center for my family's primary care for 20 years. The Drs and PAs are very genuine, kind, and thorough. All of the staff are knowledgeable and make themselves available for questions, concerns, or paperwork. Scheduling appointments is very convenient with open availability."

"I have been going to this place since it was on east Bissell and I was a kid (36 now) I now bring my baby here. the name and Drs have changed but the friendliness and care have always been great. The nurses are amazing and The Drs and staff are nice and caring. It is hard to get into for emergency visits sometimes but the Dr always calls back mostly in a reasonable time."

"I'm not liking this self check in. Seems like I have to wait longer to see anyone. The sad thing is my appointment was at 8am. Then on top of that I can't remember the last time I saw an actual Dr. There. I do however like the convenience of having the lab and X-Ray there which means less time at the hospital waiting."

"I had a video appointment on a Thursday and dropped off paperwork to be filled out by the doctor per my work. It’s been almost a week later and everytime I call i keep getting redirected to different people who redirect me to other people. Today is Tuesday and I called trying to find out if he filled them out yet and was pit on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on. I then called back and was put on hold for another 30 minutes and as soon as it turned to closing time i was hung up on again."
