"I am beyond pleased with my Psychiatrist, Dr. Nadkarni. She knows my strengths and growing edges and has that in mind when prescribing. What I don't like about New Directions is how hard it is to get the right person on the phone. I've called several times for the billing department, I'm put on hold for a while, then it sounds like someone is going to take my call and then hangs up. This is very infuriating and poor practice for a mental health business."
