"Just remember David Kieta is NOT being paid to care about you,, just write enough prescriptions to keep you coming back for paid visits. Medicaid = $$$ I went there for "immediate" CRISIS Services, David told me to call the hotline, and Medicaid was charged $225. HE passes the "buck" and YOU say, "Sorry" while cash grabbing. YOU should be ashamed of yourself"
"I’m officially done with this place. First of all it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment that works for you with their “just in time” scheduling if you’re a person who works. I called multiple times and couldn’t get a medication check appointment on a day/time where I’d have enough time to provide notice to my employer to take time off to go to an appointment. Every time I’d call I’d get told to call back the next day to see if more appointments became available. Finally, someone called me notifying me I was due for a med check. She was able to schedule me with a nurse since my normal prescriber was booked. Well, the morning of that appointment they called me and left a voicemail that they needed to cancel and reschedule me because the nurse was now unavailable to see me. I was told to call back to reschedule. I was busy so I didn’t return the call for the reschedule until a few days later. When I called, the woman I spoke to refused to schedule me. She said I was a no call no show for my last TWO appointments. I was very confused by this as THEY had cancelled my appointment and I never rescheduled another so how did I miss TWO appointments?? She stated I was rescheduled for the later the same day of the appointment I missed (which they canceled). I found this interesting as I never called and made or confirmed that appointment. When I told her this, she stated no one there would schedule an appointment without my consent. Well, obviously someone did because I never spoke to anyone to reschedule on that day. I felt very insulted as if she was questioning my sanity.. as if I’m the one who doesn’t know what I’m doing meanwhile this place is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Before this phone call ended, I knew I was done with CRCSI. I’m currently looking for another provider. Overall, this place is a mess to deal with. Nothing can ever get done right the first time you call. No one actually wants to help- they just blow you off and get off the phone as quickly as possible. Not to mention they will blame and accuse you when something goes wrong as a result of their incompetent employees who work in scheduling and poor scheduling system."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Always overbooked, always running late. I had a tele-appointment scheduled, I called in and sat in the waiting room "you're next in line" for an hour, while I watched the video call eat up my data. Doctor never answered. I called to ask why and scheduling told me I'd have to do a walk-in because the appointment was cancelled. Cancelled? No one answered for an hour!"
"Only ever had one good therapist in my time here. The rest actually were horrible and though just because I was legal age to handle all my mental health stuff, my mom shouldn't be in the loop for anything. I left after a change in therapist in my freshmen year, because I felt as if all my therapists were focusing on only one thing and not acknowledge my adhd. I was not getting better, in fact I was either in the same spot I was in when I started coming here or worse. Don't know why they have a school based program because that is not helpful to the students at all. Didn't even know i was in one till the end of my time here."
"The counselors here are excellent! However, the crisis team is awful! They are not peers, counselors, or therapists and are very poorly trained. Some of them are very rude to people in crisis. I have personally experienced this and have colleagues that have used crisis for their patients, and received unprofessional and unempathetic services on mobile calls. The staff is very poorly managed and even more poorly educated. Truly a disservice to Fayette County."
