"This darling woman informed me that she accepted my insurance...multiple sessions later she discovers that she does not and then sticks me with an outrageous bill. Every session I'd ask how the insurance situation was being handled and each time she would inform me that she had it under control and it would all work out just fine. Had I known she could not accept my insurance I'd have never utilized her. I've disputed the charges, she has reported it to my credit and now 5 years later I am still battling it out. Don't waster you time, money or energy on someone who doesn't even respect ethics. She insisted she could accept the insurance and when she couldn't, well, I found out just what type of human she is. Perhaps she should have invested more time in the intricacies of medical billing before opening her own office and screwing people over."
