"I called Kaleidoscope mid summer in search of mental health help. I left a message, crying, almost begging, for someone to call me back. 6weeks later I finally get a return call, and am connected to Jolene Franz’s voicemail, asking her to CALL me back to discuss if we would be a good fit. 2 days later, she texts me, can’t be bothered to call me on the phone. When I called the office to complain(I never gave consent to be contacted via text message) I was told she’s so busy, she has to text message. If she’s that busy, she should not be taking on new patients!"
