"If you are looking for someone to talk to and work out your mental health issues this is not the place to go. In the initial email home call to set up first appointment, they were very nice. Then the appointment got changes several times. Once 1st appointment was over, the hour was over and time to wrap up and shoved out the door. Set appoinTment for following week. That week came and got a call, either had to either cancel appointment or do a FaceTime call( which I stated I did not want to do this), had that appointment then phone died, texted to ask for mental health hw and literally it was try to slow down your thoughts and find ways to help that ( with no suggestions) and then I asked for an appointment for the following week. No response to that. Next day asked to schedule next weeks appoIntment and still no response. Called the Tuesday after the 4th around noon to schedule because i did not hear from anyone and was told she aaa out of the office for the week. So made appointment for following Monday at 3. Showed up for the appointment and no one was there. Then to find out I was scheduled for July 18th at 3, supposedly. Have called multiple times and left messages, no response. Received a text confirming my appointment at 4 pm on July 18th. Again still not correct.I have tried to call and still no answer or call back only short text messages sent to my phone. The issue is, is I am trying to work through some heavy stuff in my life and this is so unprofessional, this is someone’s mental health that is at steak and it is being treated as not a problem. I truly feel sorry for people that are having serious mental health issues that may result to suicide and so forth because this office is showing that they just don’t give AF. Do not go to this place!!!!"
