"If you have a weed card they won’t say it’s a problem until you need meds. You can be drug free besides using weed and they still discriminate. They will try to make you do drug class but Society preaches mental health awareness. This place is a joke."
"I had an appointment today and I'm standing at the front desk to be checked in. The lady was on the phone(which is ok with me) but then she gets off the phone and starts having a conversation with her coworker laughing (as I'm still standing there not even acknowledging me still after 5 minutes) so I go sit down until her and her coworker gets done. Another lady(white) walks in and she immediately tends to her like i wasn't just standing there for 5 minutes. Community"
"My father used to go here for counseling for drug and alcohol. He went a few times and each time, the therapist was very rude and pressuring. Asking him questions about when he was a child. My father has some memory issues. some of the dates he cant remember but the person was very rude when he didnt know the answer to a question. My father has anxiety and when he gets frustrated , he shakes. Well the therapist kept going after they seen he was getting very aggitated. He had another appointment today. Went in for his appointment and told him they couldnt help him anymore because he didnt know answers to some of their questions last time. They considered it as his discharge. This place is the worst. If you have a problem and need a therapist, this isnt the right place."
"I called to speak with the intake manager and she was absolutely rude I told her the medication I was taking she’s like well we don’t prescribe benzodiazepines here I’m like ok that’s fine she like they are addicting I’m like they can be but doesn’t mean everyone that takes them are addicted she’s like your addicted so then she’s like do you still wanna make an appt I’m like sure she was like it’s going to be two months ect she was utterly rude!!!! There needs to be more compassion for people who have mental health issues!"
"I called and spoke to an intake manager (after I was referred to them) She was outright rude and mean. Got an attitude over the distance it was from my house to their location and as someone who was calling to get help with PTSD she triggered me, as well as tried to force me into a program for which those services were for something other than what I was calling about. I absolutely will NOT recommend them to anyone."
