"I’m shocked that this place lets such an awful therapist work for them. I’ll never return. Gloria Schweitzer is the WORST “therapist” you could ever see. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I told her how I was feeling and she pointed out everything that was wrong with me. She told me to keep my anxiety to myself and stop overwhelming people with it. She also implied I’m an addict because I’m PRESCRIBED Ativan for severe panic attacks (I take MAYBE one a month) I opened up about my stomach issues that I’ve struggled with for years and she told me I was causing them myself. Look at the other reviews, Gloria is a huge issue. Clearly there for the money and nothing else, wouldn’t send my worst enemy to her"
"I came in to receive therapy for extreme ptsd and several other disorders from childhood and young adulthood trauma. After explaining my history, the woman who I was speaking to (I don’t know her name but she has long straight black hair and does her makeup very very badly) proceeded to question whether or not I was disabled in the first place and belittled me and had no problem expressing her distaste for me. In the very first appointment! Who knows how many people have gone to her for help in a dire time if need and she invalidated them. She could easily kill people doing what she is doing to people. PTSD is a disability and she has NO BUSINESS being a therapist."
"I was struggling with new changes in my life with a change in my job. I was very happy to talk with Sherry. I lost my insurance when the job didn’t pan out. Sherry was very supportive and I would go back once I get insurance"
"First time my family went for a family session. Gloria was extremely unprofessional, argued about our copays, that our insurance company did not call ( we were on hold while they spoke to office), argued about our first free session. Her office staff is either extremely incompetent or she is unaware of things that go on. My 10 year old, my husband and I did not make it past door, we would never have felt comfortable speaking to her on private matters seeing how she was so argumentative, rude, and slightly combative over insurance, money and how we were wrong. My husband kindly said we changed our mind due to the insurance confusion, she looked down at her paper and said "I do see here now you have a free appointment " . He said we are still going to cancel and reached out to shake her hand, she put her hand up and said no. Gloria had zero professionalism."
"The woman I saw didn't actually listen or hear any of what I said and also saw no problem in vocalizing her judgement of me. Left my last appointment feeling worse than when I went."
