"Customer service is nonexistent. Unless you have a rewards card they don’t care about you at all. This store has always been a rip off but I usually enjoy some of their more unique selections, but this last experience has finally caused me to decide to never shop here again. I bought a handful of items here three days ago and didn’t receive a receipt. I didn’t think much of it.. until I discovered my family had selected the wrong game. I proceed to call the store. They have an automated answering service that hangs up after about five rings. So after 27 attempts I finally get an associate. This associate proceeds to tell me that unless I have a rewards card the only thing I can do is trade the game in for “much less”. I was able tell him the exact time and date of the purchase and present the debit card used for the transaction. This didn’t help. I asked if he could review the surveillance video to confirm I didn’t receive a receipt. He said that still wouldn’t help. I needed a receipt. Overall this isn’t a big deal. I get that’s how their system is set up, but the overall disregard for me as a customer was shocking. Literally every other retailer offers better customer service. I see no reason to support this business."
