I don't care that something is the "systems fault" my money was taken out of my bank account therefore, I want my food or a refund immediately not "a few hours or maybe a day" later. "Just got home from grabbing McDonalds only to find out that I wasn’t given anything similar to the right item. Im not really sure how this happened since the store wasn’t overly busy and the item was clearly labeled, but it’s ridiculous that I was charged for an item I didn’t receive. Neither of us can or will eat the sausage biscuit in place of the meatless McGriddle we asked for. Next time I’ll light $4 on fire instead and save some time."
