"When I first reached out the receptionist was very kind and explained how their system works, I was told the waitlist could be 2-6 months and that I could follow up whenever I wanted to check how the list had advanced. I agreed to the terms, and received a call from the counselor to decide/confirm my placement on the list. I followed up a few months later and was told I was immediately next in line and they would know within 3 business days how long the wait for the next available slot would be. I tried contacting them a week later, but no response and no call back. Its been another 6months since then and I still haven't heard back, having been on their waitlist for the better part of a year. I don't know how good their counselors are, the counselor I chose had the experience I was looking for, but I don't recommend waiting on their word to get the help you need."
