"After waiting almost a week to return to Dr. D, in checked in at the desk and was waiting when it was discovered that from 2015 I owed $25 from a previous visit 3 YEARS ago. I was turned away from seeing the doctor because I had brought no cash. Now mind you, I was waiting to be seen for an INJURY and needed a PCP. Good luck on your ventures if you turn away patients for $25. Will never be back. Receptionists all talked amongst each other like I wasn't standing there. "What's his name?" Instead of asking me. "What insurance does he have" IM STANDING RIGHT THERE! Completely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcomed as soon as I entered the building. Maybe a class on customer service is needed before you take on new patients."
