"I find it ironic that the few five stars that they have amongst hundreds of zero to one star didn’t leave a comment. They are probably fake because there’s no way this practice can receive five stars. I would like to give zero stars but unfortunately I cannot. the office manager that is currently there is incredibly incredibly rude. They do not call you with any information, you have to call them. Even if the information is very serious in which they should’ve called and notified you immediately. Then, when you do call the act as if you are being nuisance. Everything you ask this office manager you get a completely rude and arrogant response. Even if you ask for a phone number, she acts as if you just asked her to mow your lawn. Extremely unhelpful also, I was billed for services that I never received!!!!!!! Omg I am infuriated!!!!! I hear this happens a lot at this office. She is probably the most rude person I have ever ever encountered, especially at a medical practice."

"37yrs ago this Dr and her partner sonders at Pennsylvania hospital in 1986 they never did an ultrasound they induced my labor they covered up my daughter's records they had her down as a full term baby weighing 5lbs no she wasn't she was three months premature weighted 4lbs 7ozs sonders delivered her and Valerie signed the paperwork"

"Dr Bossard is so nice but she is not worth seeing when her staff is insanely rude. The way they talk to patients is degrading and completely unprofessional. I have also been billed so many times from them, $50, $100, & they attempted to charge me $600 before fighting with them and making them use my insurance. I would 100% not recommend, not worth the trouble."

"I have been going for about two years. I never had anyone other than the PA I see. The front office has always been friendly. I was a bit frustrated how they charged though. I wasn't aware that if you go in for an annual exam and tell them you have problem, you will get tested and charged for those tests for the problem. It is not covered all in your annual visit. It is not their fault, they have to do it for the insurance company. I do get a bit irritated how the front desk always asks me if I want to get shots as a selling gimmick. I never had anyone be rude to me. They were always professional. I had an issue and they were very thorough and helpful. It is your respinsibility as a patient to find out if the doctor you choose is in your network. You can't rely on staff to do your work for you. I will continue as a patient since I really haven't had any serious issues. I only go once or twice a year anyway. I don't know them or work for them."
