Virtua OB/GYN - Pennsauken

"I went to see two physician in this office last January. I was told that I needed a procedure but they were backed up until Atleast April. I never received a call. I reached back out in June and still received no call back. I spoke to someone in December regarding the fact that I never received a call back to schedule my procedure that was supposed to be scheduled in April. I was informed because so much time had passed, through no fault of my own, that I would now need to schedule a new appointment to be seen before they could schedule my procedure. I was assured I would receive a call back the beginning of the following week. I have still not heard back from anyone in the office. It is absolutely inexcusable that I am still waiting for a call back to schedule for a procedure I was told I needed last January. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The doctors were wonderful but if this is how the staff take care of their patients save yourself the hassle and find another group."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I went here for family planning and prenatal vit and instead of prescribing me what i had my last pregnancy they refused to prescribe me anything and said to go otc vit. Eventhough I told them I had no problem paying any fee for these vitamins because I did this my previous pregnancy. I decided to switch because if they are trying to controll my future pregnancy over vitamins what else will it be. Do not go here"
