"Does not care about patients. People who answer the phone have no care or concern. Expect you to diagnose yourself and make decisions without clear follow up or directions from the office. Good luck getting to speak to the Doctor. The woman who answered, diagnosed me over the phone without my name or information and said thats what the dr. would tell her to tell me. Theres no concern no professionalism no nothing when dealing with this office. The women is and was an out right B!tch. I should have know something was wrong when I was able to get a same week appointment (with multiple options) and 20 other offices I called didn't have anything available until mid February. Becareful where you place your medical care."
"Honestly i’ve been going to them my whole life, from berlin medical to following kelly to this location, the berlin office is very slow and wait times are horrendous. this office is always quick and efficient from the front desk to the back. i live in vineland so it’s not like it’s down the street to me, not only do i have great things to say about this office but the people there are always amazing, and go out there way to make sure they do everything to help when they can. with that being said not only do i go but i also have always takin my daughter to them she’s 15 and hasn’t seen anyone else! don’t go by these reviews lol i actually read them and that’s exactly why i felt i needed to leave a honest opinion about this office in particular and the staff!"
"Overall not satisfied with this practice, not LGBTQ friendly, and they never want to do their job. They act as if it is such a task to take care of the people that are coming in. Always claiming to “cal you back” then never do, always recommending you go see another doctor or specialist, and lastly there’s so many “rules” as to what they can and cannot do. Overall hard to feel safe and taken care of at this office. Which sucks because I’ve been with Advocare for almost 6 years and after 6 months of switching to this pennsauken location I’m ready to switch practices as a whole. Anyone looking for a safer space I recommend Jefferson Haddonfield."
"The nurses are by far some of the most unprofessional, and rude with horrible customer service and follow up. I keep going to this location because I want to see Kelly Costa and she only works at the Pennsauken location. Both 2019 when I first started visiting this location and now the people are beyond frustrating and now I am at the point that I will have to search for another primary physician. When you call whoever answers the phone is quick to give you attitude, be short with you and dismissive. You have to call multiple times just to try and get blood work results and when you attempt to complain, they don’t care! The other locations are professional, nice, understanding and have great customer service. I don’t understand how a practice have completely different behavior because of location and it is not addressed. Kelly Costa is great but the employees that you have to deal with over the phone or after the fact are not worth it. They don’t care about you."
"Outside of the doctors, the staff is HORRIBLE! They lack knowledge and are EXTREMELY rude and unwilling to help. The ONLY reason I gave two stars is because I LOVE my doctor. I saw doctor Kelly Costa and she is literally FANTASTIC. I’ve been seeing her for a few years and it hurts that I have to leave. My family used to go here (mother, father, aunt, uncle, grandmother and grandfather) in addition to some friends, I am the last one to leave due to the horrible customer service we receive regularly. Some examples of this horrible customer service includes: :I had to wait for some at the front desk to take me because they were to busy watching the Aretha Franklin funeral. I literally waited like 10 minutes after they acknowledged me. :I called to get an appointment and I was told no because they were all going to a company funeral. I asked if I could get a week an appointment because at that time on their voicemail it stated that they have appointments over the weekend. I was told no because They don’t Take Weekend and appointments. I asked when the next available appointment was she told me she didn’t know and wasn’t checking because she was on the way out the door but tell her what my symptoms were and she just write me a prescription. Again the woman who answered the phone was not my doctor and I didn’t feel comfortable getting a prescription written based off symptoms that I wasn’t formally evaluated for. :They NEVER fax over my lab results. I always have to call and remind. Then they required me to gather the information as to where to send EVEN-THOUGH it was Provided when I went to get my lab work done( directly by the office that was requiring it on official lab work paper work) : I called to get and appointment and the woman Literally told me no( this was years before COVID btw) And then told me she’ll pass of the info to my doctor and she’ll call me back if needed. My mother had to call and complain to get an appointment for me. : After I got my blood work completed, someone called me and told me that I has a particular hormone that was Elevated and they wanted me to get an MRI- naturally I began to panic and asked what can cause this particular issue and I was LITERALLY told “I’m not sure but just get the MRI” attempting to avoid searching WebMD I wrote down my questions called back the next day and started asking my question. After seeming how little she knew and how upset she was getting. I asked to speak directly with my doctor. She immediately got offended and after continuously requesting to speak with my doctor she Abruptly put me on hold without notice and apparently gave the phone to my doctor. If good customer service doesn’t matter to you the go because the doctors are great. Just know your struggle with the office staff all the tome and you won’t get anything down unless you stay on top of them. For me it’s just not worth it."
