Reviews
"Dr. Warsetsky is an amazing OBGYN and very much cares about her patients. She's my favorite in that practice. In the past 4 years has delivered 2 of my babies. She was very respectful of my birth plan and always made me feel like I had a choice in how things went. She empowered me with all of the relevant medical information I needed to make my choices and supported and helped me execute the way I wanted MY body and MY babies handled. She knows me by name and always gives me her undivided attention. Ignore that other person's review. That was clearly critiquing the Abington office not HER. She is an amazing person and OBGYN. She always takes the time to sit down with me and ask what other questions I have, no matter how silly or trivial I think they seem."
"I visited Dr. Warsetsky for the second time two years ago. I was very satisfied after my first appointment. During my second visit I felt like she couldn't get out the door fast enough. I don't think my exam lasted much more than five minutes. When I needed a prescription for a mammogram a year later, her office was very slow in getting back to me. Due to a possible irregularity in the test, I needed a follow up ultrasound. Once again, they were slow in writing the prescription. I was told to have a follow-up mammogram six months later, which was in March of this year. I called numerous times over six weekdays, and left messages with my request on their answering machine. I got no response. Finally, the day before the mammogram, I called once again and left a message saying I was coming in person to pick it up. This involved 40 minutes of round trip driving. When I got there, I told the receptionist why I had come. She looked through a bunch of envelopes at her desk and didn't find it. I explained my difficulties in reaching them, and she told me that they were short handed and had no one to answer the phones. Obviously, they had no one to listen to their voice mail either. She told me to sit down and wait and she would get someone in the back to get me the prescription. When I asked her how long it would take, she rudely answered that she didn't know. There were quite a few other patients in the waiting room, so I was unhappy about having to be there during Covid. Twenty minutes later, someone came out with the wrong paperwork. It was a prescription for a mammogram, not a follow-up mammogram. Fortunately, I questioned her, or I would have gone home with the wrong paperwork. She had to redo it. She told me if I had to call again, I should press the phone prompt for emergency. I waited two weeks for results, and finally called them again. I pressed the emergency selection and the phone was answered. I to,d the person who answered that I was concerned about the results of my follow-up mammogram. I was told that they would check into it. Of course, I never heard from them again. If there had been a problem with the test, the delay was inexcusable. I called the hospital for results and received them the next day. I would never go to Dr. Warsetsky again. If I could have rated them a 0, I would have. The doctor and her staff don't care about their patients."
