"Horrible experience at check-in. A staff member (Cecilia Brown) kicked off a 5-year-old child with a fever outside because it was 3 minutes before Urgent Care opened. This is absolutely inhumane to the child. This kind of person should not work with children."

"This morning, I called to request a copy of my daughter's X-ray. The receptionist put me on hold for over 40 minutes, and I thought something was going on, so I hung up and called again. She put me on hold for another 20 minutes before I could talk to her. By that time, I was almost at the location. However, when I arrived, no one was waiting, and there were no phone calls even while I was visiting. It is ridiculous to keep someone on hold for so long. The X-ray CD was provided quickly, but I was upset about the poor phone call treatment."
