"A wonderful bookstore with a first-rate selection. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and took his time showing us around and talking with us. He is obviously very knowledgeable and an academic himself and was happy to share his knowledge with some fellow booklovers. This is a real bookstore, in the truest sense of the word. You'll find Latin and Greek classics, but very few romance novels, and none of the toys and garbage you find at the big box stores. Highly recommended."

"the owners cat is awesome and the owner gives off creep vibes but isn't one I guess.. idk for sure, jus don't have any personal experience to go off of.. the store itself has an 'old book ' odor throughout..and the owner isn't what i would call 'welcoming' or even FRIENDLY for that matter! following us around like we NEEDED TO STEAL US AN OLD SMELLY BOOK! I wasn't even there by choice! my kids love to read and wanted to pick a book or two... so there i was buying them... as Mama's do! I won't go back tho..my kids can, I just wait outside cuz I'm a lil TOO GHETTO FAB to get followed around a smelly book store like Ms. KLEPTO"
