"I had a pretty decent visit. First, do not pay for the hospital’s parking especially just for a routine checkup. Currently, it is $8 to pay at the garage. It’s better to find street parking or park with the ParkMobile app to save you the trouble. Check in was a little longer than I’d like, but once I was seen with the Dr., all was smooth sailing. She was patient with me and was not at all in a rush to discuss about my needs and concerns. Staff was friendly, I do feel bad for the check in lady as she seems to be short handed. Overall, my problem is more-so with the dilapidated hospital itself and limited parking rather than the staff. Also, be weary of elevators. They just won’t open."

"Terrible, just terrible! The office billed my insurance incorrectly and I got stuck with a bill. I waited on hold for their office for more than an hour only for them to send me to billing who already told me that the office had to correct the issue on their end. Then I was told I'd get a call back. How hard is it to do a billing correctly? Like, how many per day do they do and still can't get it right? I can see why no one is happy with their services ever. I'm for sure going somewhere else from now on UPDATE 4/14/21: I was billed incorrectly, for the SECOND time - I visited the office for a routine visit (before I knew of my initial issue) and was billed for a diagnostic visit. How and why? I don't know, I have no preexisting conditions and was in and out of the office within 15 minutes each time. But get this! They also billed my insurance twice for an ultrasound that day, which is hilarious because I know for sure I only received one ultrasound that day. Now, I'm being stuck with yet another bill that I was told would be resolved. I spoke with someone at customer service and have not been able to get in contact with her again since, I dialed her direct number and all. This is terrible business for a medical establishment and doesn't seem like they know what they're doing (or they do and this is all purposefully done, who knows). All I know is I'm being put through this stress WHILE PREGNANT and it isn't right. I would stay FAR AWAY if I were you, save yourself the stress and extra costs. There are plenty of providers who will do things right, I found one at Temple and I couldn't be more happy. I will keep fighting this until it is resolved. More updates coming soon."

"I arrived very early because my ride brought me early. I went to front desk and told them which GYN I was there to see. I met with the gyn, who will remain nameless. She seemed to have an attitude with me. I don't know her. Never met her before. It seemed later that I arrived too early and she had a problem with it. It's not like there was a crowd and I was taking up too much room! I will see her again. If her attitude towards me has not changed I will not go back."

"I had a appointment here and I was only 6 minutes late, I got lost trying to find the building. When I arrived the lady and man at the front desk said “you’ll have to reschedule, you’re too late”, I said but I really needed to be seen, I’m in pain, she said we can see you tomorrow. They were rude, no one showed any empathy, it was horrible. This is not my usual office that I go to, but my office was booked. I will never come to this office again. She told me that the doctor told her I couldn’t be seen because she wouldn’t have time. “Wow”. I hope someone that does the hiring at Einstein sees this post. My experience Today was a complete and horrible mess. I wasted my day coming here when I could have been at work, I even paid 1.70 for the meter. My day was wasted."

"I'm late with the review but my baby was born 4/19/17. I thought my experience was wonderful. My doctor's name was Dr. Quashie and she was spectacular. After having him and being sent to my room to heal. The nurses and CNA were also great. However I have had bad experiences with Einstein. Thank God my maternal experience was great and especially since it was my first and hopefully last LOL"
