"My sister and I went into this store so I could purchase new gauges. The guy at the resister, apparently his name was Joe, was talking to his friends for over 20 minutes and completely ignored us. He didn’t ask if we needed help when we were clearly waiting for him to open the case of gauges. There was also a girl staff member there who saw us standing at the gauge case. Looked at us and walked by 3 times, without asking if we needed help."
