"Took my wife for her scheduled appointment at 9am. We arrive at 9am on the dot and was told we wouldn't be seen by the doctor because we needed to arrive 15mins early, this was never communicated to us. Simply absurd + a waste of time, we both took a day off of work to be treated like this. Please stay away from this inconsiderate staff with no respect for the patients time + well-being."
