"The front office staff was incredibly disorganized and I was quoted a ton of different prices. While I realize I’m provided estimates, these figures were off by hundreds. Just when I think the chaos is over...my 3rd and final visit I’m approached by the office manger aggressively telling me I owe additional money. She said “it’s not that much money. I don’t understand” This comment, plus more, was made after I said I simply wanted to contact the insurance company first because I was told I satisfied all payments. This went back and forth in the lobby for about 5 min. The surgery went well and my recovery was great. The Dr. was very polite and answered all of my questions. It’s a shame their front office is lacking communication skills."
