"Dr Mcdermott and Dr Blumenthal are great to have in your corner. Pleasant, accommodating and thorough. Office staff are friendly and helpful in person. However if your calling/ sending messages on mychart don't expect a timely response. Also, scheduling is difficult at times unless your doing so in person. I prefer having the option to schedule online without the help of others, which never seems to work properly for this office."

"I called to make a follow up appointment after finding out at the er I had a cyst on my ovaries, told me they would call me back with an appointment because all of their offices were full and never did. Once I called them AGAIN the next day the lady I spoke to found an appointment at the Palmer office. Day of the appointment (11:40am) I e checked through my app which I’ve always done and kept waiting for someone to come out. I called them told them that I was waiting to be seen then they told me I had to go check in downstairs even though I had already checked in. I knocked on the door to speak to someone and she asked me for my last name and few mins later the “office manager” came saying that since I showed up late that they couldn’t see me. I told him I arrived here at 11:36 and checked in through my app for my appointment he then said well my doctors are on lunch now and can’t see you. We can try to fit you in later. I told him I couldn’t come back later I was on lunch. He said oh yea they are on lunch. I walked away because how unprofessional the whole situation was. What is the purpose of e check in ? I waited two weeks for this appointment. The worse office I’ve been too. I waited over 20 mins went there on my lunch break because it’s impossible to get an appointment only for the “office manager” to come out and tell me all the doctors were on “lunch”."

"Came in three separate times to get a medical issue that I was having diagnosed and resolved. Results were given to me via the patient portal and when I attempted to call the office or respond through the portal with questions, I have been ignored by the nurses and doctor. I have continued to feel worse while my calls and messages have gone unanswered. I work in veterinary medicine and if we treated our clients the way I have been treated, we would be out of business in a month. Stay clear of this practice. I can’t attest for the other LVPG OBGYN practices in the area but this one has gone way downhill."
