"I saw Heike Kuehn for my appointment, and she addressed my issues thoroughly, and the gyn appointment went smoothly. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because she sent me downstairs for a mammogram, and the staff did not communicate with her that the imaging system was down. So I waited - then went to the front desk and was informed that the imaging was not functioning and I'd have to come back at a later date. Overall, I would recommend this location. The location is very clean and modern, with a friendly staff."

"I called and left a message for the nurse this morning at about 8:45 for a problem I’m having, and she not only called me back by 9:30, but she fit me in today at 11:30 with Dr. Hood. The customer service was excellent by both the staff and providers, and I still can’t believe they offered me an appointment within 3 hours of when I called. I can’t recommend this office highly enough!"
