During some of the storms last year we had to input for a roof claim, something that seemed daunting and difficult. "I had insurance through Eckert and Lafferty for years and was over paying for my policy. I got a quote for a thousand dollar less then what I was paying for the same insurance. Also when I canceled all my policies he wanted to see my new insurance. I sent the new policy card to him to prove my insurance. He reported to the state. I did not have insurance on one of my vehicles! I switched all policies at the same time and all on the same policy. He switched the name to my husband and billed him. I am very upset on how I was taken advantage in this situation."
