"Unethical. I was told my introductory appointment would cost approximately $35 in co-pay after insurance. I was billed $201.76. When I called to question it I was told to connect with my insurance and the receptionist took no responsibility for underquoting me 10x at all. I do not have an issue paying for my healthcare, I have an issue with this unethical behavior. Additionally, I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room prior to the appointment. I would never go here or recommend this office."

"I do have to preface this by saying that my experience was from 10 years ago. I was looking for a doctor with his/her own practice because I wanted to know who would be delivering my baby. She was in network for my insurance at the time and seemed very experienced. Every time I went to see her she made me feel like a child and talked down to me many times although I was married and almost 30. As my pregnancy progressed, I noticed the anxiety building up while waiting to see her to the point that my blood pressure would be high when it was taken. The staff were not very friendly either. I ended up being so uncomfortable that I switched to a clinic at 36 weeks pregnant and had a wonderful unassisted labor and delivery with a doctor I never met before. When I switched, I had to pay a significant amount of money for the office to send my medical records to the new office because they couldn't send anything electronically which even for that time was antiquated. To this day I cannot help but feel such anger for how she made me feel during what should have been a wonderful time in our lives. I regret wholeheartedly not leaving the practice sooner. Please do your research. I don't know if she had a problem with the color of my skin, the fact that I was overweight, or both."

"I've never been the kind of person to enjoy a doctor's appointment, but Dr. Sokolowski has broken through my barriers and changed my perspective. She has this essence about her that just puts her patients at ease. I've been a patient of hers for about nine years since my first pregnancy. My husband and I were astonished at her level of care for her patient and her practice; we initially thought she was the secretary because she was doing the scheduling, paper work, and then our consultation! Her level of care resonated with us from that first appointment, and I knew that she was the doctor for me. With each pregnancy, my family and I have grown to love her even more. Lynn and Irene are consistently excellent as well. I have never felt that I was just a patient or a number with anyone in her practice. They all have taken the time to get to know me and my family over the years, helping me to become more and more comfortable. Dr. Sokolowski has made such a tremendous impression on us, that our daughter's middle name is D'nese. Giving a child a name is a task that takes great consideration and deliberation, so my husband and I wanted to express our gratitude for such exceptional treatment over the years. Every visit that I have with her, I remember why we gave our daughter her name, and we have never regretted it."
