"Slow service, when they finally realized I was there, someone rushed to the counter. He was friendly, however, this is an all too common complaint many people have. One tech is busy with a customer and doesn't call for help. A self service check out for the item I knew I needed would have saved me the 15 minutes I had to wait even to be acknowledged."

"The staff went above and beyond in helping me get a replacement rear windshield wiper for my hatchback! I was blown away by how willing they were to go outside in the cold (after dark as well) and install it for me. They even took the time and asked me to turn my car on and give it a go to make sure everything worked ok! Absolutely phenomenal attention to customers. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need help with anything else. Thank you!"
