"The Front desk need to learn how to treat all patients with dignity and respect. It was my daughter's first time visiting this office and was a few minutes late. She called the office and couldn't get anyone on the phone to give her directions. When she arrived she was told sorry your late and have to reschedule. The next appt is in November. The girls had no sympathy and showed no respect or care. After speaking to the office manager, Michelle we was able to get her in to see her doctor. The only person that showed respect was the doctor. Thank God there is someone in the office that cares about the patients. If it wasn't for the care of the doctor my daughter would never step foot in this office again. Everyone on the front line including the nurses need to leave their personal issues outside the Practice and treat everyone the way they would want to be treated. If her next visit improves then I may give a better review."

"I love my OB she is amazing and the staff here is great. I can't compalin about much but it is very frustrating that their hours say until 5pm but when I call at 430pm it says the office is closed. I work until 430pm so calling to schedule an appointment which is also hard to do in the first place, especially if you are trying to schedule in the same month you're calling in, it's very difficult to even talk to an actual person."

"They have been more than helpful with my pregnancy process. The nurses are friendly and my doctor is lovely. We are happy to be going some place close to home. I can call at any time and they are happy to answer my questions. My only complaint would be that the response time for calls tends to be very long. I usually have to wait five to ten minutes for someone to pick up the phone."
