"I'm glad my wife is done with that place!! One of the R.Ns made life miserable for her. Constantly telling her to get her blood pressure checked when they only place it was elevated was there by her unprofessional behavior. They would constantly hold meds hostage saying, she needs to come back and get her BP done,when her family Dr checks her BP and it's fine every three months and her family doctor is affiliated with this practice,sends the results quarterly, but not good enough for this nurse. She talks down to people, not friendly, and doesn't want to hear what you have to say. The Drs are fine but this woman needs to go! Apparently RN stands for really nasty. Rarely receives any communication and just a joke of a place to deal with. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. My wife is finally leaving after a year of complete frustration."

"We made the mistake of using College Heights for our second child. The nurses would never return a call despite some of those calls being urgent, despite being promised a steady doctor we almost never saw the same doctor twice, and every doctor except just one seemed to have a really odd, uncomfortable attitude. We expected a good experience being that we have good insurance and we mostly used the Kutztown office, but it was really ghetto. On top of that the doctors they have working at the hospital were convinced my wife wasn't in labor because her water hadn't broken even though she insisted she was in labor, and had us wait almost an hour before even checking her cervix, only to find out she was seven minutes dilated and thanks to them didn't have time for any drugs. We went to a welfare insurance place for our first child, and they took much better care of us. Also I discovered they eventually took their Kutztown listing off Maps because they had so many negative reviews."
