"I went by appointment. I looked at the shoes I preferred. I chose three pairs of shoes. I don't wear sneakers. When I sat down he put a size 8.5 sneaker on my foot. I wear 6-6.5 an obvious difference in size just by looking. I told him they're much too big and I don't wear sneakers as I trip when walking in them. He offered nothing else but the size 8.5. He kept repeating you do have a small foot, and it will take a loooong loooong time to get the shoes. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I took the sneaker off and left. Medicare was paying for these diabetic shoes."

"My insurance paid the entire bill without any co-pay. If you need shoes for diabetic reasons or any handicap reasons this is the place to go. Have your doctor write a prescription for the shoes, no appointment necessary to go for a fitting. Insurance will pay for one pair of shoes every year. Have happy feet!"

"Billed my insurance and got paid on March 16th for 232$ and it's mida4ch still no shoes. Let alone charging that much for a boot that costs half the price. Never had problems there prior to this incident. Something not right marking up a price to take money from insurance."
