"Very dirty place to work at."
"A one * rating is way too much for this company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 17-years of running business. It took over a year to get things right on our account. They held up no part of their agreement for one full year. When we try to move on, they just point back to our contract. We wanted to be able to peacefully go our on way to find someone who can supply uniforms weekly like should be done. They cannot repair clothing in a normal amount of time. Sometimes 5-6 weeks or even more. They provide new orders with the wrong items, and then charge to put the emblems on the right ones when fixing it. Our blue shirts were all gray immediately after one wash by them. We sent a new shirt through as a test, and it came back gray, without it ever being worn. They made us pay more for "executive wash" to keep our shirts out of other "dirtier clothing" and it made zero difference. Then many months into that, our new sales rep claims he didn't know we were supposed to be getting "executive wash". We have had drivers tell us they cant take repairs anymore, because they have had too many that week. That is after we pay for "Easy Care" that is supposed to always take care of damaged clothing. We send clothes in with repair tags tied to them, as we are supposed to do, and they get washed and sent back to us with the the repair tags still hanging on them! Yes, I know that is difficult to believe... But 100% truth! This company is a complete disaster. Run away, do not sign their contract! Their excuses of blaming drivers and the fact they are a union, so it takes time to get things fixed, do not help diffuse any situation either. Then to top it all off, we get a meeting with the higher up, and he says "this is the first I am hearing about any issues on your account'. You have got to be kidding me. Who's fault is that? The customer service with this company is shameful."
