"I ended up leaving. I checked in online, completed all the paperwork, and showed up early, as the office recommended. I checked in upon arrival and was told to wait. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I went back to the reception desk and was told the doctor was running behind (I was not told this when I check in originally). After 40 minutes, I told them I was leaving. I respected the doctor's time by completing forms in advance and being on time. I expected my time to be respected in return, and it was not. I understand doctors run behind because they cannot anticipate what will occur with their patients during the day. However, they are running a business with clients and need to be more mindful of our time. Block more time per appointment, so people who arrive for afternoon appointments don't have to wait 40 minutes. I will take my business elsewhere."
