"Seeing Dr.Russels reviews and a recommendation from my mother gave me high hopes for my first appointment with her. Long story short it did not go well at all. She has a terrible bed side manner and treats young new patients badly. She gave me a Pap smear I did not need and refused, completely ignored that I asked her to stop and me crying in pain. She asked if I had pain with intercourse I replied with no and she had the nerve to say I needed a new boyfriend. I ended up seeing a different gynecologist and turns out she left me with more problems than I came in with. If I could leave zero stars I would. I do not recommend seeing Dr.Russel unless you want to be ridiculed and embarrassed!"

"I had Dr. Palumbo for all 3 of my children. When she left, I was worried I wouldn't get good care. Dr. Russell took excellent care of me when I had ectopic surgery. I met her a few months later, with my 5th pregnancy (4th child) And she truly reminds me of Dr. Palumbo. She took the time with me and explained everything and was super down to earth. I felt super comfortable with her. I am requesting her from now on and praying she can deliver this child!"

"Wow! How rare for a doctor to actually spend time with you and LISTEN to your concerns!! Personal and, professional! It took a couple of months to have my original appt with her but now I know why... I'm so glad I waited instead of finding another doctor who would see me sooner. My follow up appt was prompt and the office staff worked with my schedule. Good things are worth the wait."
