"I came in knowing I had an infection, so they took a sample, and never called about the results nor prescribed any antibiotics. Luckily, I went to Planned Parenthood soon after and got medication then, before the infection had spread and I would have had to have been hospitalized. I also had to wait an hour and a half before even being taken to an exam room. Additionally, there is nowhere near enough parking for how many patients they see--which they are aware of, seeing as how they had a sign on their door pertaining to street parking. They just accept patients for the paycheck, not because they care. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office."
