"I scheduled a consultation for 11:30 today and was told, when I came in, that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. There were two people in front of me. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. Apparently there were only two people today working today and one is new. They were very apologetic and professional the entire time though so I'm hoping my next appointment is better."

She also made sure my husband was just as comfortable as I was and made sure that I was comfortable with my decisions. I loved the support. The place is also VERY clean. Finally there is a tech that is so wonderful and amazing at her job, Ella. She makes the experience so worth while that I’m not nervous or afraid of my upcoming appointment anymore. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and lets you know exactly what’s being done and why. I am so happy that she has been with me and continue to be with me through out this experience. Her knowledge of the work and customer service is top notch! Before she came along I honestly wouldn’t of recommended anyone but now I tell people all the time how great of an experience I have.
