"I bought a tuxedo for my wedding in full months before I needed it. Never heard a word unless I called. I had to use a rental for my wedding because mine never came in. Months later, still no tux. I requested a refund and he still tried to charge me for the rental I never ordered. Don't recommend."

"Absolutely terrible experience! My fiancé and his groomsman got fitted on March 4th. We called several times and his response was any day now every single time. I finally went to his store personally to ask what the issue was and he still did not have our clothing. Mind you this is 2 1/2 months after ordering and paying for everything. He asked to give him 10 days so I said I will give you 10 days but if you don’t have our stuff I want a refund. Needless to say on May 18th we had to get refunded. Luckily we didn’t waste any more time because our wedding is at the end of June. I cannot believe he would do this to people for their special occasions!"

"We go there to get nice clothes for my husband. Some prices seem high, but their clearance items, sales, and tuxedo rentals are very reasonable. At least the men in Ashtabula have have a place to get nice clothing!"
