"Received blouse that was not cut to stated dimensions,returned it the same way I received,folded,tissue paper,placed in original packing. I was charged $15 restock fee,that in addition to $6s&h ,$12 both ways.So it cost me $27 for the opportunity to try on an inferior product.I should have read the reviews before ordering.Customer service is non existent.SAVE Your money,buy elsewhere."

"My royal silk boxers were rough and not silky upon delivery. $56 silk boxers felt like thin wool. I shipped the boxers back for a refund in the summer around June/July 2022. I never heard anything. Followed up in August by phone after emails went unanswered. Spoke to a gentlemen who would investigate. Never heard back. Followed up by phone and email in October 2022. They refused the refund because boxers were worn. I have never worn the product. I have no idea what happened to the product during those months it was missing after it was confirmed delivered to their "Agent" at their warehouse. I spoke to the gentlemen again and he claims he will investigate again. I doubt I will hear back or see my $56 again and I am out a pair of "worn" rough silk boxers."
