"I’ve been calling this store 3 days in a row now trying to get in touch with the store manager to simply check up on my application. Twice I have been put on long holds and then they just hung up the phone. I definitely won’t be working here! It’s ok I’ll take my hardworking self elsewhere! This speaks volumes about this job and how they do people."

"Called the store to find out why they weren't open got this rude representative, she hung the phone up when I was not even finished talking. They put up no signs saying they weren't going to be open until 12. just unprofessional establishment. I rather go online then deal with this store."

"Yesterday I was in the store, for some reasons they couldn't look for my card i dont understand why, we also tried with my driver's license; so I couldn't buy my sport bras. So I had to leave them on hold for the other day and when I return the next day, I tell the cashier the 2 sports bras and tell her my name. She charges me and I leave I had to go back to the store the same day, because they were not the same ones. I ask the Manager Megan and she tells me that she can't fix my problem. The boy says that he threw them back because I didn't come looking for them and I went early and had to come back a second time today. The manager Megan's response was that I should go buy from another store, it lacks professionalism, everyone pretends to be in the dark and did not help me, I wasted my time and gasoline going to get my things and since I have good credit, they did not solve anything."
