"I was in the store when July 1 I was looking around the whole time I was being followed by one of the employees who pretended like she was shopping. I am unhappy about this. After I pay for my purchase she walked behind the counter and put her pocketbook back. I actually thought she was a customer just looking for something I am very disappointed. I will never spend my money there again in anything I did buy that day will be returned."

"Always shopped at this store but will not be going back. Woman who rang up my order was rude. Did not want to look up on line price as opposed to price listed in store. They have always checked online promotions in the past and always gave me the best price. After I asked her again she Incorrectly checked price on one of 4 items and was told there was no discount but when I checked at home there was a 24 dollar difference. Called store to complain and was told I could return to have it rectified which means a 40 minute ride. Not happy and will not be going back."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this location was not a good one. I went there to purchase special shirts for work. Not only was I not greeted upon entering the store like the other customers, but also when someone did finally did come over to assist me, she acted as if she was in a rush. (Keep in mind that I arrived one hour before the store closed). When she couldn’t find what I was looking for in the store she handed me off to someone else. Finally, I was working with a friendly, helpful young lady, (the one with the long braids). She was almost finished with helping me place my order online since they didn’t carry the color I needed for my uniform shirts in the store. Then, all of the sudden a young man came over and told her to leave. He said he would help me. He did help me find shirts (after having to explain the specific shirts I needed all over again). But then, when it came time to check out, he took off to chat with the other employees. I couldn’t leave the computer for fear of losing my order. I wanted to pay using my gift card and then pay the remaining amount on my bank card. But since he took off and there was no one to assist me with trying to figure out how to split the payment, I wound up having to use my charge card to pay for my entire purchase. For all of this I could’ve just gone online in the first place. And now this store location lost a sale! I will NEVER shop in this location again."

"Never been to this store but this is my online purchase return site. Online service is 1 to no star, it's not convenient at all. But from my experience on the lands end at Sears in montgomeryville, the staff is normally excellent very knowledgeable. I'll go to the store next time."
