"I think my review didn’t upload, but I want to warn people. It’s an alright place to get some basic piercings done, since I got my lobes done here no problem, but be wary: 1) I didn’t get to look through what jewelry he had to offer, so I essentially got randomized jewelry. I’d like to be given options. All the jewelry I got seemed to be cheap steel jewelry from Amazon, since I managed to find exact replicas on there and the given piercings irritated me, but I’m honestly not sure. Regardless of that, THEY WERE EXTERNALLY THREADED!!! That’s a big no for fresh/healing piercings. 2) I got my industrial pierced here, and to be honest I’m not satisfied. It was not pierced with my anatomy in mind and while it hasn’t rejected, my ear had to change its shape to adapt to it and I have a scar. It’s been a painful past year. Thinking of taking it out but I just don’t want it to be a waste of money; maybe I’ll just swap it out with a chain industrial. Edit: You said you don’t use externally threaded jewelry when that is literally what you gave me. Maybe the shop has changed in the past year, but I know what externally threaded is. I understand industrials are difficult to heal, but I went to another piercer, and they told me it was pierced against my anatomy. The scar is in the middle of my ear, where there is no piercing going on. Speaking of how I ‘wouldn’t pay more’, I just spent triple your price at another piercer gleefully. It’s not about money, it’s the service for the money. Just take the criticism. I understand you are proud of your work, but giving customers an attitude because of a bad review isn’t a good look. Reflect and improve."

"We had our two daughters get thier ears pierced here, 7 and 5. And they did amazing! Very clean, great with kids, and was super friendly. We feel much better here then going to a place in the mall. I would highly recommend them if you want to get your kids ears pierced."

"I brought my 8 yr old daughter in to get her ears pierced. Rick was great with her. He went over the earrings he had available. He explained the procedure. He explained the after care as well. My daughter was nervous but Rick talked to her the entire time. I will definitely be back for any other piercings."

"We had such a great experience here! The space is located within Elite salon & suites. The space was clean and calm. A wonderful alternative to a tattoo shop (which I have also brought my children to for piercings in the past). Rick was great with my 6year old! He spoke directly to her, ensured this was something she really wanted to do, and was super patient with her bouncing all around (she was both very excited and has a tough time sitting still on a good day). He was not in any rush, talked her through each step and complimented her after on how brave she was (complete with a bravery award - an adorable touch!) I would absolutely recommend this place!"
