"While brushing my hair, they ripped my new piercing out of my ear and then it bled heavily when I was 17 yrs old. They gaslit me, saying that it was my fault for not mentioning I had an earring and I profusely apologized for bleeding everywhere. I didn’t understand that they were actually at fault, until reflecting on the experience 3 years later. My ear had to heal for three months before I could get it re-pierced :( Once it was re-pierced, it healed warped."
