Both boutiques carry unique, high quality items with sales associates who truly know fashion and are willing to help you find the perfect items. In particular, Jamie is just phenomenal. He is patient, fun and will do whatever it takes to have you leave feeling beautiful. He is extremely knowledgeable about the extensive amount of clothing on site and at their Newtown location. He will give you the most unique shopping experience while figuring out your style and what works best for you. I highly recommend!"

"Would give it 0 stars if I could. From the moment we walked in we weren’t greeted but we were followed around the store and watched like we were going to steal something for no reason at all. After finding a couple things to purchase we went to check out where other than telling us to wait for her machine, we were never told our total. Never interacted with in the slightest, just looked down on. If you want to be treated with any hint of respect, I would recommend skipping this store."

"If you want to just buy something off the rack, have time and money to kill, and you are lucky enough to find someone to help you, it's fine. If you place a special order, the order may never get placed, you'll have to follow up incessantly for weeks, then when it comes in, they won't have anyone to hand it off to you, then it won't be what you originally ordered. The place is chaos."

The staff is always helpful. The owner of this store is often working in it and she demands that the staff provides great customer service and they do. From the first time I walked in here, years ago, I felt the attentiveness and enthusiasm of the staff. I pop in here on many occasions just to look and everyone still provides splendid service.
