"They have such cute, trendy items - if you're into athleisure this is the place to go. Plus you get AMAZING customer service. I ordered a bag that was out of stock at the time that I wanted to use for an upcoming trip. Now with USPS recent national delays there was a risk I would not get it in time for my trip. 99.99% of stores would not care and just say "it is what it is". These guys went above and beyond ... to the point that they personally drove the bag 45 min one way to get it to me the night before my trip. I just do not know many places like this.
