My order was incorrectly delivered and after weeks of follow up I was told to return the dresses and when they realised courier charges from USA are high, they stopped responding completely. It’s been 3 months and am still awaiting to resolve my issue. To inddus - learn the basics of business. It’s not enough to just have return policies described in the website, they are meant to be followed. And I suggest you can retire you customer care watsapp number because anyways the number just stops working once you guys realise that you need to resolve ur customers problems specially if it involves returns."
