"I wanted a pair of sneakers for my husbands Christmas present. They didn’t have his size in store so they ordered them. I never got a call, text or email saying they were ready to be picked up. So I called the store about 5 days after ordering and they said they couldn’t find my order at all. I checked my bank account and they refunded me my money a few days after I placed an order. Apparently the shoes came to the store and no one told me. So they sent the shoes back and gave me a refund! I had to place a whole new order and now they won’t come until AFTER Christmas. I hate y’all. You could have called or sent an email saying my order was ready instead of sending them back."

"Very good shoes but the personal is really bad, I tried to measure 2 pairs of shoes because I wanted to buy 2 pairs and the person serving me said I couldn't put my foot on the floor, how do you expect me to be able to measure my shoes if I don't put my foot on the floor?"

"They ordered my sneakers and the then when they came to the store they emailed me and said my sneakers were there. I gets up there to get the sneakers and they tell me that someone sent them back to the post office and it won’t get your money back until the post office and the merchandise back to them they made the mistake they were very unprofessional and if I were you, I would not buy anything from them because they take your money they tell you to merchandise there and then when you get there your merchandise is not there and they say they sent them back to the post office but they got a wait till the post office. Send it back to them before they can give you your money."

"So we just happened upon this store looking for some sneaks for my husband. It's been a drag shopping at most stores as when you walk in most staff are in the midst of their own private conversations and just being loud in the store while using profanity with other employees. It was a nice change to be helped by a nice guy named Allen. He was sweet, efficient and a pleasure to have helped us. Thank you from a some shoppers who just like good help"
