"I have been trying to contact this daycare to possibly enroll my son. A woman answered the phone in a very low, unpleasant tone "Teeter-Totter". I said " hello". And proceeded to ask about the availability, but before i finished hello she sighed and hung up!!! I called back twice and she kept picking up and hanging up!! This happened on 1/16/20 approx. 10:30am!!! Dear Director...Please speak with your employees about simple professionalism such as phone answering...It says a lot about your business. Blessings!"
"I worked here for 5 years from my junior year in high school to 2003 , then I went on to trust them with my own children in 2008 while I continued my education. This is not an ordinary daycare we are FAMILY! This is one of Pittsburgh's longest running black owned centers, where generations of families continue care. I've come across preschoolers I've taught here dropping of their baby! Now if that's not 5 star love I don't know what is."
