"Joe spent a lot of time with me going over and fine tuning the plans for my tattoo. He gave his own ideas about what to add/change/enhance but also kept my ideas in consideration. He was very patient and made sure I was happy with every detail, even printing out several images so that I could see what they would look like instead of having to visualize them. His artistic abilities really came through in his work, adding little details to really make it stand out. Most importantly, the shop was clean and all proper safety protocol was followed.
