"I recently had been shopping at the outlets at Tannersville. We were in many stores, all of which were friendly, helpful , and had good customer service. That was until we entered PAC Sun. There were 4 young employees there. It was not very busy. However, those employees treated us with disrespect, were very unfriendly, and not helpful at all. We got varying answers to our questions, they clearing did not know what they were talking about. We.were overcharged for our merchandise, and had to return to the store to get that straightened out. Again, treated very poorly. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had!! I will NEVER go to that store again!!!"
