"I was hoping that my first time would be better, don't get me wrong, the workers are nice but it seems like all the clothing stores seem to think it's all about high waisted jeans and short legged women, some I'm sure like me look for longer lengths and lower waist sizes along with maybe a pair of bootcut pants that you don't have to order online with what I wanted."

"I was waiting on line for very long time to use the fitting rooms. They were no one to assist us, as soon the other lady came behind me. One the cashier helped her right away and she did not even say a word to me. I am a woman of color, she is a white woman. I was going to use the same money that she was going to use. I am guessing that you guys only serve white people. I didn’t expect for us to be treated like that. It’s so sad for people to act like at this time of pandemic. That was the worst experience of my life."

"I've never actually bought anything from this store but the chairs out front are some of the most comfortable places to sit in the whole mall. Plus you get a great view of all the shoppers walking past in one of the busiest areas. It's a great place to sit and enjoy your cinnamon bun or pretzels and the chairs are available even if the store is closed. No visit to the mall is complete without relaxing in one of these amazing chairs on the Hollister porch."

"I have always liked this store until today. I didn’t have my receipt but all tags were still on the 4 pairs of paints I had bought. I went in to exchange them for a different size and they told me without a receipt I would have to pay another 51 dollars for the the 4 pairs of paints I already got. Just cause I needed a different size. I didn’t want money back or anything just wanted a smaller size. Why would I have to pay 51 dollars for the paints I already bought. So I ended up only being able to get two pairs of paints instead of 4. That’s sterling who buys for pairs of paints and goes to get a difffernt size and can only get two pairs unless they pay another 50 dollars for paints they already bought. What a joke. I will never shop in that store again."
