"Can’t say that I have ever come across a more unprofessional place of “business.” My husband and I booked an appointment for a consultation a month in advance, re-arranged our work and childcare schedules, and we each received TWO friendly reminders of our appointments from Evolver- for no one to show up. We called and left messages and even waited around for an extra 45 minutes with no response. I called back HOURS later to request a refund of our money in which I was ironically asked if I called into the shop. I received no apology but only that they “would look into it.” I have had to chase down their staff multiple times to have our money returned and after two weeks, it is just now being returned. I wish we could have experienced what others have according to their reviews but I am SO thankful to not have their work permanently tattooed on my body."

He was very personable and showed me some amazing new music, even took me and my friends to the roof of the shop. He's got a pretty rad dog too you'll meet if your lucky.
